Refund policy

We operate a strict 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if all conditions below are met:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and unused 

  • No signs of wear (including marks, stains, odours, stretching, or damage) 

  • All original tags are attached 

  • Item is returned in original packaging 

  • Proof of purchase is provided 


All items are inspected upon return.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back at your expense.


2. Approval Required

All returns and exchanges must be approved in advance.

Include:

  • Your order number 

  • Reason for return or exchange 

Any items sent without approval will be refused.


3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • A £9.99 return fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable 

We recommend using a tracked service — we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or item, subject to the following:

  • Exchanges are limited to one per order 

  • The original item must meet all return conditions 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs 

  • We will cover the cost of sending the replacement item once 

If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund (minus £9.99 return fee).

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges where we detect repeated or excessive exchange requests.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include clear photos. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.


6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been worn or tried on beyond basic fitting 

  • Items with makeup, deodorant, sweat, or fragrance marks 

  • Items without original tags or packaging 

  • Sale or discounted items 

  • Gift cards 

Due to the nature of activewear, strict hygiene standards apply.


7. UK & EU Cooling-Off Period

Customers in the UK and EU have the right to cancel within 14 days.

However:

  • All return conditions still apply 

  • The £9.99 return fee will be deducted 

  • Items failing inspection will not be refunded 


8. Refunds

  • Returns are inspected upon arrival 

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method minus the £8 return fee 

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing 

If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you.


9. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns or exchanges from customers with excessive or suspicious activity 

  • Decline requests where items show signs of use
