Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected delivery option.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
It is your responsibility to monitor your delivery using the tracking link provided.

Delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
6. Incorrect Address
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping details.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement

If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it
7. Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered fulfilled

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery
If you believe your parcel is lost in transit (not marked delivered), contact us and we will assist in opening a claim with the courier.
